The Old Chestnut Tree Inn sits in the heart of the village of Lower Moor, a typically pretty Evesham Vale location, with a cricket pitch opposite and a couple of cricket fanatics running it.
Norman and Chris, together with their families, have transformed the pub and placed it firmly back at the heart of the community. The beautiful black and white timbered building, dating from 1547, offers a wealth of original features from its huge ingernook fireplace to the fine dining room with private hire/business meeting use. Well behaved children and dogs are very welcome.
Local real ales, Malvern Hills 'Black Pearl' and 'Piddle In The Hole' are just two of the popular beers on offer, together with a good selection of local ciders and wines and 'Bitburger' premium lager.
