Our menus offer plenty of choice, a few of our inventive house favourites. If you prefer your very own dinner party, then our first floor private dining room can seat up to 36 and is perfect whatever the occasion. Our special event menus are available on request.
Sue Ellis, Waites’ protégé and head chef , has been working with him for a number of years. Whilst at a local country house hotel Sue won Chef of the year in the 2001 M.A.R.C.H awards and was the Young Chef of the Year – Winner in the 2001 Midlands Association of Chefs Awards having been runner up the year before.
Whilst Sous Chef at Belle House, Sue has collected two further accolades; A prestigious Caterer and Hotelkeeper Acorn Award and Worcestershire Chef of the Year.
